The Arashe’el ExperienceNo two people experience a session in the same way.Each session is intuitively guided and may weave together Quantum Reiki, sound, crystals, energy work, grounding, reflection, and intuitive connection. Rather than following a fixed formula, the experience unfolds around you and what you bring into the space.For those who are open to exploring this deeper side of themselves, a session can create space to discover new perspectives, deepen self-awareness, and explore their own spiritual connection.The light you are seeking is not something I give to you. It is something you already carry.My role is not to “fix” you or give you your light. I am here to help create the space, hold the energy, and guide you as you reconnect with the wisdom, light, and connection that already live within you.

Your Arashe’el SessionYour session is not a one-size-fits-all experience.Before we begin, we create space to understand what you are bringing into the session and what you would like to explore. From there, I intuitively guide the experience, weaving together the elements of my practice that feel appropriate for the session.This may include Quantum Reiki, sound healing, crystals, intuitive energy work, grounding, reflection, and Light Code Activation.Some sessions may feel quiet and grounding. Others may invite deeper reflection, energetic awareness, or spiritual exploration.There is no expectation for you to experience it a certain way.You are invited to simply be present, listen within, and allow your own experience to unfold.
